PAST Events

Wow! What a fun and soul-filling day! Thanks to everyone who came out to my native-plant-themed garden party pop-up on Saturday, July 18. Despite a couple of spits of hard rain, we had a beautiful day: warm, breezy and clean air (thankfully!).
Lots of close friends and family came through, as well as some new friends! Huge shout-out to my fam Steve and Eden Casey, and my dear friends Amy Cook, Mo Glasoe and Lucinda Armas for lending helping hands!
Stacey Grieff showed off her gorgeous mixed-media, plant-inspired collages.
Cathy Haibach made gorgeous prints onsite of plant leaves as free gifts and incentives to visit the Wild Ones table
Laura Derks of West Cook Wild Ones was there to help everyone learn more about the beauty and utility of native plants. She gave out about 50 of my potted native plants, including Rose milkweed, Anise hyssop, Nodding wild onion and Jacob’s ladder.
Eden Casey ‘s Birds of Oak Park t-shirts were a big hit! We still have a few ready-made ones left, and we are taking orders for more. Shop now.
